LITERATURE GENERATED ON SCARABAEOIDEA (COLEOPTERA) (1986 - 2013)

After getting his Ph.D. from Krukshetra University in 1986, Dr. Kailash Chandra, started his career with Zoological Survey of India (Z.S.I.), Ministry of Environment & Forests, Govt. of India, New Delhi and serving at Solan, Port Blair, Jabalpur as Scientist SD' finally settled at Jabalpur. While in Jabalpur Dr. Chandra promoted to Scientist ‘E’ & ‘F’ during 1911 till 2011. His lifelong period has been dedicated to a study of diversified & fascinating group of Scarabaeid Beetles. Although, during this tenure, he undertook 37 surveys to Wildlife sanctuaries, Biospheres & Reserve forests including to Antarctica during 2001-2002 and Asian Lepidoptera Conservation at Hongkong in 2006. Dr. Chandra guided several Ph.D. students and wrote 257 research papers, a few important recent papers published in the reputed entomology journals, are listed as under Chandra, K. 1986.
