It looks into the experiences of several European nations, including Sweden, Finland, Portugal, France, Spain, Italy, and Germany. Following this comparative analysis, the article reflects on the interpretations of extrajudicial civil enforcement in Brazil, with a particular focus on the Bill No. 6,204/2019.
